Partner Programme - FAQ

Does it cost anything to become a HORIZONTE Partner?
No, it’s free! There is no charge to apply nor is there any minimum sales requirement.

Can I become a HORIZONTE Partner?
Yes, if you have a website related to travel, language, education. In case you are not sure, please ask us by e-mail (martin@horizonte.com).

HORIZONTE reserves the right to reject your enrolment if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for our partner programme. Unsuitable sites include those that:

• promote illegal activities.
• promote sexually explicit materials.
• promote violence.
• promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• otherwise violate intellectual property rights

What commission will I get?
We offer 10% on the sold course fees. As an example: If 10 people come to us through your website for a 4-week general language course you get 620 €.

When and how are the commissions paid?
Commissions are due quarterly and payment is made by bank transfer if your quarterly balance reaches 100 €. Otherwise your balance would be accrued to the following quarter until the minimum of 100 € amount is reached.

What statistical information can you provide?
You will have a statistics site on our server to view your results online. This information includes: single visits, downloads and bookings and seperately booking information.

Can I cancel my partner programme?
Yes, you may cancel the online agreement at any time, for any or no reason.

How do you track visitors from my site?
Every visitor is tracked by cookies, which are valid 2 years. This way, whether someone makes a download the first time or visits our site again later, we always know where he came from originally.

What happens if the visitor doesn’t book at his first visit?
No problem, if the visitor comes back we know through the cookies that he comes originally from your website and you will get a commission..

How many links or banners do you recommend?
We recommend links or banners on your most related and most visited pages of your website. There is no limitation. Some of our partners with huge websites have more tha 100 links.
