"Burg Schwaneck" is an old castle located south of the city center, in a wealthy residential part of Munich. In Castle Schwaneck you will live and learn German directly at River Isar.

Every week there are 2 excursions into the city center of Munich: By S-Bahn (city train) you are at famous Marienplatz or Frauenkirche in just 15 minutes.

Learning German at castle "Burg Schwaneck"

The classrooms have a medieval touch to them, all have been carefully restored and are equipped according to modern standards: You learn the German language with German native speakers - 4 lessons every day from Monday to Friday.

You will have a chance to meet Germans your age: The castle is frequented by German high school classes who spend their holidays here.

Accommodation and activities

You live in 4- to 5-bed rooms, with shower/WC in the hall. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is in the castle cafeteria - an impressive room with historical decorations.

In addition to two excursions every week you have a choice of two activities per day: swimming in the public pool next door, river rafting on the Isar, Minigolf, visit of a typical "Biergarten".
